Thanks for the compliments and the feedback! It's great to hear that the software is meeting some needs.

That's an interesting point about the placement of the video and the slides. We are experimenting with some ideas for the placement and relative sizes. The two-column idea sounds like one that could work well.
One way you can avoid having to scroll down in the current interface is to decrease the size of the slides using the buttons in the top right of the page.

Really liked this software - it's nice to see the person behind the presentation, and being able to navigate to chapters in the video is great

This solves a big problem that I have with video - personally I hate video to learn from, but only because you can't skim through before you decide to devote some time to concentrating on it :)

Your software solves this problem - great!

Just one thing that occured to me - I had to scroll down to see the space reserved for the person speaking, I would prefer something a bit more like powerpoint, and have a column on the right hand side, with the video headshot at the top and the navigation in the column below.

This is a great way to enhance the person speaking's credibility, and I think they should get "joint billing" with the slide :) it cuts down on the eye tracking required and makes it more personal too.

Excellent product, I think it's great. Good luck with adding in the future ideas - will stop by again and see how you're coming along.
